We care about our products and do logically our best to deliver it in top condition to you. Yet it may happen that an order is damaged during transport or that something happened differently so you can claim the warranty. Legally, you are required to make within two months after discovery of the defect report to us about this. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will carry free care for repair or replacement.

The aforementioned warranty does not apply:

• if the defect is caused by improper or inappropriate use or when, without written permission from the seller changes or tried to make the case or have used for purposes for which the case is not intended;
• if not met the determining warranty;
• if not acted in accordance with the instructions and / or leaflet. If a user / leaflet is not available, one should refrain from using the product;
• if no invoice may be submitted;
• When serial plate or warranty seal has been removed;
• if relevant bills have been paid;
• on wearing parts and filters.
